300 yards. bam. I used to practice this as a kid on my fathers driving range. The club head continually moves forward from the start (ie No backswing).This keeps fantastic club head speed and leaves little room for error. Usually alot of problems occur with a normal swing when the backswing does not track the forward swing. This erases this but you still need to get into a good position. If you make good contact it feels amazing.

I’m swinging a Ping Rapture 9 degree. On this particular swing I did a good job getting “loaded” into my left side on the way back to the top of my swing. It created a good foundation of tension and balance for me to plant off of and really turn hard with my core on the way down. From there my arms just freely whip through the ball with great extension to a full finish. Being “loaded” at the top feels like i’m coiled as tightly as possible at the top of my swing.
